We'd had a broken patio window since August, and the previous company I'd put a deposit down with never installed(or returned my money).
M&T was very, very good with their customer communication, and actually ended up being less expensive than my first option.
Installers were awesome and very friendly too, though unfortunately I lost the card that had their name on it.

Centennial Glass replaced the glass in a patio door and in a window which had been fogged up with moisture. The technician Thomas exhibited great expertise and knowledge in replacing the glass. It was very impressive how Thomas knew exactly how to carry out the work in short order. Thomas is exceptional.

I just had a glass and stainless steel railing installed on my front porch and I couldn't be happier! It looks absolutely stunning and the installers Thomas and Kurt were incredible! Very disappointed with Centennial Glass. We purchased a mirror, mirror glue and clips from them for $400. The mirror was adhered using their instructions of glue (sold to us by them) and two way tape with additional clip used (which we were instructed was not necessary). 5 hours later the mirror smashed to the floor. The glue did not adhere at all… to the mirror, just the wall. Centennial was not interested in working with us at all in regards to compensation. After sending pictures, emails and discussions they offered us 15% off purchasing another $400 mirror from them. I definitely would

My wife and I purchased a duplex and began converting it into a triplex in 2016. We have been extremely hands-on during the process. Like with most renovations, there's ups and downs with delays and mistakes. I can say that Centennial was one of the few aspects of our projects that we had absolute perfection. I needed a mirror cut basically to refresh its old look and also a new oval one to be cut and installed in an antique frame. Centennial Glass offered the same price as their major competitor, but with a service that exceeded my expectations.
They felt that since their cutting of the existing mirror showed signs of wear and tear on the sides where they did cut (I could hardly see it and would have been satisfied with their job as is) but nevertheless they offered me a new mirror in the same dimensions at no extra cost!

Totally disappointed in their customer relationship. I went to buy some hardware for my sliding door and wanted advice on windows etc. The person I spoke to treated me rather perfunctorily when I asked about types and costs of windows and shower enclosures. He seemed bored. Was it because it is a woman asking about hardware ? I don't know. But he enthusiastically talked at length to a couple who came in after me so I watched and listened to his explanations for a while then left. I am having my bathroom redone and won't get my windows here.

I required a unique weather stripping part and the only place in Ottawa that can provide this was Centennial Glass. Ron Girouard spent much time and gave me his full attention as he walked me through the various different options for this (what I thought) simple part. At the end the part only cost me $5.00 and change and I am sure the amount of time that Ron spent with hardly covered this amount. It is great to see a company that still understands the meaning of customer service. I highly recommend them and give them a 5+ rating.

Dealt with Davin, Claude and Megan. They all provided excellent customer service. I was selling my house and looking to replace some cracked window panes in my 100-year old home. Megan accommodated my schedule to the best of her ability, and Davin and Claude installed them with professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for glass products. I had received a quote from another company and was pleasantly surprised that Centennial was significantly cheaper.
