I have called on CCAT twice now. Once for a furnace repair a few years ago and now to install my pool heater. Very happy with his prompt response and service for both jobs. Alex guided me through the selection of the right heater. The job required running a larger size gas line through the house. Alex took care of every detail from start to finish, and even met with the Enbridge rep. at the house with me. The heater works great! We recently had Carleton Clean Air Technologies install a new Air Conditioner for our house in South Ottawa. Alex was great with recommending the right unit for the house. He gave us 3 options. We decided to pay a bit more to get the most economic and quiet unit. We love the fact that we can't hear the unit and how quickly it cools the house. It's always stressful picking the right company to do the job and working with Alex and his team was a very pleasant experience.
