Justin from lee castle arrived at 7:50 am. Well groomed ,polite ,pleasant and got straight to work. I had called lee Castle on Thursday and they said they would come the next day but they couldn’t get the part right away so scheduled it Monday first thing.
Big relief because of covid I was thinking it would take weeks to get someone to come and a lot of companies would not come because they were working on big jobs in the city no time for the smaller jobs.
Justin explained everything and made me feel safe and confident he would take good care of us. After he finished the install of the reserve

As a new home owner we were a bit overwhelmed with several issues we had. Our septic alarm went off, as well as our water pressure tank needed repair. The guys that came to the house fixed both problems within an hour and were very informative and helpful. We would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

On October 01, 2020, I contacted Lee Castle Plumbing to book an appointment to install a dishwasher and water line to the fridge. When on the phone, I inquired as to roughly what the charge would be. In response I was told, “A lot.” I inquired further and said how much is a lot and I was informed it would be an hour and a half labor maybe two hours labor plus parts. I inquired to what it was per hour and was informed about $85 an hour. This was what I was expecting for an hourly rate. The appointment was booked for October 06, 2020. On October 06, 2020, a plumber from Lee Castle Plumbing arrived

I have called these guys twice in the past month because I lost water pressure in my pressure tank (for 2 different reasons), so we were without water, which is a bit of an emergency. Both times, they showed up quickly (within an hour or so) and they were able to troubleshoot and fix my problems. I would recommend Lee Castle Plumbing.

ITS THE WORSE PLUMBING SERVICE YOU ARE GOING TO GET ,THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE BECAUSE I HAVE NO WATER THEY SAID ITS THE MONO DRIVE NEEDS TO BE RESET THEY CHARGE ME $400 DOLLARS WORK FOR 2 DAYS THEN NO WATER AGAIN I CALLED THEM ON FRIDAY AND I ASKED THEM TO COME AGAIN AND FIX MY PROBLEM AND I WILL PAY THEY SAID WE ARE BUSY WE DONT KNOW WHEN WE CAN COME TO YOUR PLACE I OFFERED THEM 5 DAYS WINDOW TO COME AND FIX MY WATER PROBLEM BUT THEY SAID WE ARE BUSY SO I UNDERSTAND THEY DONT WANT TO COME AGAIN .

This guy is the worst in the industry how the heck he gets 5 stars is crazy ! Lee came to our house did our heat pump , changed fan that broke came back changed other fan that broke. Came back changed circuit board that broke told us was changing compressor never did . Came back again said valve in the basement for the water floor system was no good needed a bigger one he explained . Put this on bill but never did it. 7 months later all his dodgy work shorts out we call he says I will take care . We keep calling he does not answer the tenant or home owners but says he will. Incredibly poor service. Lee Castle was recommended from a few suppliers of Air-to-Water Heat pumps for installation. In the last 4 weeks, I have made 4 phone calls and have never received a reply. I can't even imagine what the after instal service would be like. Not sure how a company like this stays in business.
