Can't thank the team at Mi-Box Calgary enough for having such a great product, team and customer service. Booking was simple easy, and having as much time as we needed to load the bins vs. rushing to pack a moving truck makes so much more sense than traditional moving. Drop Off and pick up were on time, and despite tight closing times they made it work. The system kep the box level and the not a single item was damaged or even really shifted during the move. Plus the kids loved watching the remote control unloading! Thanks Team Mi-Box

We moved from South Calgary to Airdrie and knew it would be quite the job... We talked about moving companies and threw around several ideas... We came across Mi-Box and decided it was the best option. My husband works a lot and most of the moving would be done by myself with my two small kids. I cannot express how helpful and amazing the staff are and how amazing the box's are!!!! I talked to a lot of people that work here and only had amazing experiences. On the last day I forgot to unload my box and the driver even called me and unloaded the box for me.... This is the best company ever. I will

Amazing experience, from coordinating with Stephanie to the drop off and pick up (x2) with Brandon, everyone went above and beyond the level of service I was expecting. They anticipate questions and offer solutions before even asking (for example, I had my unit facing the opposite direction than 'normal' due to where I had it placed on my property, so Brandon offered before I even asked if I wanted it turned around for easy access at my new location).
Also, the box and system itself is super slick, no issues or concerns with my items whatsoever. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend

Amazing service! I was introduced to Mi-Box through a Garage Reno company. Had an issue with the latch and emailed the company about it expecting a reply the following day. Steph literally drove across the city on a Sunday night in a snow storm (seriously) to help me out. I was blown away! She followed up several times to make sure all was good the following week. She genuinely cares about her customers and went way above and way beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will never go anywhere else, and highly recommend Mi-Box to anyone requiring temporary storage. Amazing!

Used Mi-Box for storage while be buggered off to Mexico for a few months. Drop-off service was awesome. The driver was on time and friendly/helpful.
Ordering the box was easy. Sean was helpful and more than willing to help at any point. Very responsive and fantastic with the service he provides. Upon needing our box sooner than we thought, Sean was quick to get his guy over to our place and drop off our box on a whim.
Everything worked out great with no issues. Pricing was fair and well worth the experience.
I will be going back to these guys in a heartbeat!
