We purchased a new home from Penner's just about ten years ago. I can not say enough good things about the quality of workmanship and materials used in our home. John Penner is one of the most conscientious and respectable businessmen that I have ever done business with. The processes and communications throughout the entire build was excellent. Furthermore; to this day...nearly ten years later, they are still very willing to help with any issues that may come up. Without question, If we were looking to build again, John Penner would be my first call.

We were in store today looking for certain hardware for a door and anchors to hang a light fixture. Not once did an employee ask if we needed help. There were two employees in the same aisle as us and even after saying we can’t find what we need, neither offered to help. This is the third time this happens, we won’t be back.
