I am very disappointed in the way this company treats their customers (after spending OVER $20,000 in 2018). Professional Roofers completed work on my house in 2018, and only 3 years later - a part of the flashing that they installed came completely off - terrible quality/ terrible installation. As per Oscar (supervisor), I will have to pay $350 for them to come - which I disagree with since it was unprofessional work on the installation on their part. We had the flat roof part of our roof replaced by Professional Roofers 4 years ago. When we started having a leak recently in the ceiling of our hallway in the exact same place we had when we had them in to do this work, we called them back and they said they would come and take a look and if it was covered by the warranty, they would fix it.
One of their technicians came out, took a look and said that there was no issue with the work they did, and that the leak is coming from the shingles/peak part of our roof, which would now need to be replaced. They took/showed us no pictures, and left the

Critical: Professionalism
No respect at all. Parked on the curb and gentleman is beside the van obstructing the sidewalk while playing on his phone. I lost balance with a stroller with my toddler on the board when going on the road from the sidewalk and stroller fell. They could have parked somewhere else or at least leave space for pedestrian.

Very professional company we dealt with Diego he was fantastic friendly and not your typical pushy salesperson. very easy to talk too. pricing was very competitive and the finished job was fantastic. we had 1 roofing team and two siding soffit and eaves teams and they worked very hard the whole time they were there and made sure we were happy when they were finished. we highly recommend to anyone their services you wont be disappointed

Consumer Beware! There is nothing professional about this company. They are dishonest and unethical and should be called UNprofessional Roofers. If I could give them zero stars I would. This terrible experience all started when I had the drywall on the ceiling of one of my bedrooms come down because unknowingly the roof was taking in water for quite some time. Professional Roofers quoted me $6880 + HST to replace my entire flat roof. In June of 2018, I hired Professional Roofers to replace my entire flat roof and to replace rotten wood if found. The company sales person came and without inspecting the roof said that we would need to spend $9400 for replacing shingles. He assured me that home insurance would be pay the whole amount. He asked me to sign the quote and send it to him and the home insurance claim. Later, insurance informed us that their estimator valued the work at $5600 and the quoted price was very high. We cancelled Professional Roofers immediately and then they informed me that we had signed a contract and that it was our fault that we did not read the fine print. We wanted to do our roof before selling our house, its a 4 house townhouse. So we were called back by someone called Diego. he asked on phone what was the color of the roof, because i did not know, he said take a photo and send me. i texted him the photo and told him to make sure that the color matches as it a 4 house townhouse. he came to my house to make me sign the contract. as a good salesman, he recommended to take the premium shingles as there there is life time guarantee. Even though i am selling my house, as a proud home owner i decided to take the offer and pay more to get the premium

Hired Professional Roofers March 2011 (INV 3905) to fix flat roof with limited 15 year warranty. At that time liked the service we received and hired them again May 2014 (INV 6848) to do traditional house roof and dining room roof.
In spring 2016 we called them back to note flat roof was leaking into living room again. At that time they blamed the new windows we were putting in. We held off until new windows and siding were complete and finished as of February 2018. They agreed that windows and siding were not issue. And have not returned any calls for 5 weeks.

Horrible. My wife Leah and I need our roof done, in Brampton; needless to say, this will in no way be serviced through "Professional Roofers".
We scheduled a free estimate last week.... we asked for an evening as we are both busy professionals. The gentleman asked for 5:30, we said we could not be home by then. We asked for 6 pm, which is still tight for us. He asked us to "meet him half way" as in 5:45. .... My wife, a VERY busy professional, agreed and found a way to leave work to be home in time. I work in Toronto, I was not able to accommodate. She got home and waited
