Just moved into my new home and we are very happy with our kitchen, bath and mud room cabinets! Overall I am very happy with the quality of the cabinets. Everything was packaged very professionally, Somewhat of a question when hardware was asked for, they were happy to accomodate. Some communication issues in the beginning, Mary Lou was very accomodating once we we able to text. Some discrepancy about a stain color, in the end Westwood exceeded my expectations and replaced trim work in the maple which was not on the work order. The high level of customer service and experience is hard to beat at Westwood. Like all custom work, it's challenging and at times hard to predict timelines so anyone doing this for the first time needs to just let the process happen and be patient. We worked with Darrell for several months both in person and via email to draft up our dream kitchen design. Our architect had a different kitchen layout spec'd. However due to Darrell's extensive experience both as a builder and cabinet maker, he made a suggestion that really changed our kitchen layout for the better. We also live 3.5 hours away and

The worst. BUYER BEWARE !! Contractor ? Home owner ?They are slow to process, mess up orders and have a super high staff turnover so every-time you call or go in to have an issue resolved there is a new person to deal with and you have to start all over. Poor quality and everyone is always grumpy. Have an issue ? Fix it yourself. They will come up with a dozen reasons they can't fit you into their schedule and when they finally do, they will have just as many reasons as to why they can't fix your issue.

Originally Westwood did our new kitchen it was a disaster. They delivered our cabinets 3 weeks late so we moved in with-out a kitchen. The installation was a mess, they sent 2 guys that were in the flooring installation business 2 weeks earlier and now these guys were installing kitchens what a joke. It had to be totally removed and re-installed. They lost all my handles/hardware $1000. worth, and told me I probably stole them, well I only own 1 house so what would I need handles/hardware for. The painter found them in the dumpster a week later with all the cardboard from Westwood. The bottoms

This company is the worst! They are slow in attempting to resolve any issues, even if the mistakes are their fault. They quickly resort to "Warranty" which leaves you in a position to wait, and wait and wait. I am so fed up after dealing with them for 4 months.
Our cabinets arrived and immediately (while they were still in the shipping containers) it was obvious that the stain was not properly applied to the doors. The representative agreed and the doors were to be redone. In the mean time our contractor installed the bases as we awaited doors and drawer faces only to see that the trim around

Service was awesome. Prices were comparable with competition. The second time we used them . The first time installation was a little questionable. Made them aware of it. Second time they went the extra mile to do it right. Had a minor warranty problem. Were very quick to respond. Good product good work very friendly installation staff. Will definitely use them again.
