We had our driveway done on September 30 2019 we are pleased with the driveway but right in front of our door there is pooling of water every time we walk out we are stepping in a puddle. We have phoned them every 3 days and no one phones us back.we tried the long distance number and still no reply all were asking for is someone come back and fix the problem they loved to take our money but they should stand by their guarantee we live in midland

Stay Away from this company! They did our driveway when I wasn't home and they left big roller indents in our driveway where they stopped the roller. Brenda came back, looked at the problems and said she would send a crew back to fix them. She sent 2 guys in a pickup truck, with a torch. That's her crew! The first thing they did was start arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with the driveway so I started pointing out the problems and argued back. They left so we contacted Brenda again and after that she stopped taking our calls and totally ignored us! Very Unprofessional... Stay Away unless

I recently moved and the home I purchased was in desperate need of a new driveway. I did my research and reviewed many local paving companies both large and small and I came to selecting "Nationwide Paving" simply because they addressed all of my concerns right from the start. Moving is a very stress time as I'm everyone can relate, and with the added stress of the driveway being in very poor condition didn't help. The existing driveway had a lot of water pooling and I'm sure it would be an even bigger issue when fall rolls in and the rain comes more often. Nationwide fixed the driveway and it

This company is the "Big Box" version of paving as they essentially buy out smaller, local companies but run everything centrally. The attraction is that they appear to be local by using a local person to come out and do the estimate and timeline promises, then adhere to nothing except the final cost. In our case the estimate stated "addition of gravel, compaction, then return in 2 weeks to re-compact and pave"... The actual reality was no additional gravel and no compaction. It took 5 phone calls and 7 weeks for them to finally come back and do a barely adequate job. Only time will tell how this

We contacted NW in April to pave our driveway. We were told they would be by the following week with the contract to sign and our driveway would be done by June. It is the middle of August and our driveway is not yet completed. We have called multiple times and have been given an excuse each time. No one has ever contacted us to apologize. No obligations have been met by NW. Every neighbour I have spoken to who chose NW this year have all experienced the same subpar customer service. In fact, they cancelled on my direct neighbour last year and told them their driveway would be done first thing
