Based on our neighbour's recommendation we had Washago Plumbing repair our water system (no water). They arranged to come promptly and had our system diagnosed and repaired in no time (faulty pressure switch). We found them honest and professional and would highly recommend them without reservation. Six stars!

I was so grateful for the incredibly quick response time! I had a pipe start leaking in an interior wall, so water to the house had to be shut off, until the pipe could be fixed. Matt was at my house within an hour of getting back to me! The pipe was replaced and water was returned to my house in no time!! Matt was professional, courteous and very reasonably priced!! I will definitely call Washago Plumbing when I need repairs in the future! And I will recommend him to any family or friends in need of a plumber!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Matt helped us out 2 times this summer for plumbing emergencies. The first time, he assisted with a leak in our water line, and was able to resolve the problem quickly & efficiently. Later in the summer, Matt helped us with a blockage in our septic pump, and got us back up and running in no time at all. He is friendly, efficient & trustworthy and I would highly recommend him.

Matt was incredible! We called him on a Sunday with no water and he was by in 10 min! He helped us limp through with our water pump until we could have him replace our waterline and pump within a few days (so much sooner than expected!). He promptly returned to check on things a few days later to make sure things were working well and we have had no problems since. His professional manner and willingness to get the job done properly at any inconvenience to himself (standing in water up to his waist!) is amazing! Awesome customer service and great quality work!

After an unsuccessful attempt to tighten the knobs of my toilet which caused the bowl to crack, I gave up and decided to let a professional do the job. But who do I call? An on-line search produced Washago Plumbing. With so many great reviews, I just had to give them a call.
Spoke to Matt who promised a time to come on that very same day. And true to his word, Matt was prompt. He then assessed and provided us with a quote and a date to complete the job. We were experiencing iron build up in our sump pumps and Matt was so quick to lend a helping hand! He was extremely flexible with his schedule and willing to fit us in. Our sinks had been backing up for a while and we had no idea why, until today we ended up with a massive flood and really needed someone to help. We called Matt and are glad we did. He checked our septic tank (which was fine) then proceeded to troubleshoot the pipes in the house. After only two hours we had a block free pipe, advice on its proper maintenance, and Matt even helped out with some troublesome toilets too. We are very grateful that he arrived within less than thirty minutes of our call, and we can promise we shall only use Washago Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. Thanks Matt
