Our floor layers are Union and among the most qualified commercial installers in the lower mainland.
Commercial products are designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and wear & tear. Additionally, commercial products require a unique skillset to install effectively. That is not to say commercial flooring cannot be used in residential areas, but residential flooring is not typically used in commercial areas.
