We shopped all the box store for a central vacuum and looked on line as well. We were hesitant to come to a local store because of pricing.
The service we received was outstanding. We are grateful for Ken keeping his store open during covid.
He helped us determined the size of the unit we needed, and with my own research prior to visiting, I was very confident in the machine they offered and it was backed with a top of the line warranty.
Once we got to our new home with it we had minor issues setting it up and Ken was awesome in helping us over the phone and was patient with my husband as he

Drop of my vacuum to be repaired. It got repaired but they accidentally broke the hinge on it and cracked the outer cover. Only told me that it was cheaply made. I had it over 10 years. 31 dollars later. Still had to pay full price. Very disappointed
