Merit Glass offers a complete glazing package including installation. All site staff are trained, unionized glaziers. On all of our larger projects, full time, trained supervisors oversee all of our installations and coordinate with our project management teams to ensure all products are installed properly and expediently.
Merit Glass utilizes different manufacturing processes in our daily operations. Each project is unique and the processes are dictated by several conditions, some of which being schedule, site conditions and the nature of glazing requirements. Once awarded, each project is assigned a project management team within our organization that follows the project through from start to finish.
Merit Glass offers qualified budget assistance at a projects inception. We offer assistance in system design which incorporates structural, performance and thermal criteria required to meet the building's design requirements. Along with system design, we can offer budgetary assistance to ensure the project is within the cost constraints projected for all glazing requirements associated with the project.
Safety is priority one at our manufacturing facility and at the construction sites we work on. We strive to ensure all of our staff are trained within all guidelines mandated.
At our manufacturing facility we have implemented extensive health and safety policies as well, have staff certified in the "Train the Trainer" program to allow us to maintain current certificates in not only health and safety related items but equipment use and maintenance as well.
