I have had multiple dealings with this company which was subcontracted to install cabinetry for our customers. The initial experience is professional and well laid out. Once the financial transaction has occurred the experience is less then desirable.

When we built our house, we wanted to customize the kitchen to our liking. Superior was awesome to work with!! They addressed our concerns and ideas and came up with a few designs to choose from. The quality… of the cabinets is awesome and when we spotted a flaw, they were quick to replace it. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

We used Superior Cabinets out of Calgary on our last project.
To say the least, we were very disappointed with their customer service.
Firstly we were given a small sample of what our cabinet material and colour was to be; in the final install some of the cabinets were the wrong colour and even a wrong panty door was installed.
Secondly the company messed up the measurements in several locations and did not verify on site, which cost us time and money to fix.
We then proceeded to have a site meeting with Superior Cabinets to discuss these problems and solve them; in attendance we had eight people
