We had two fireplaces serviced by Wardlaw after purchasing the house, when the weather got colder the fireplace would not start, we tried reaching out to Wardlaw about the issue, and they were happy to schedule a diagnostic visit for the full cost (109.99$), even though they serviced it earlier in the year.
The statement on their website stating "Our first concern is your satisfaction, which is why our work is guaranteed for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of the repair!" - is clearly not true.
If you want to get your fireplaces serviced, we would strongly advise you to seek business elsewhere.

We just bought our first house and we wanted to get the furnace serviced/checked before the winter season. Nick Collins was our technician and he was very polite and informative. He took the time to teach me about checking and servicing some elements of my furnace and thermostat on my own. He discovered an issue with our furnace (it was old and had not been serviced regularly), took photos, and explained the issue and what could happen if it isnt addressed. He gave us some options to address the problem. We decided to replacile our mid-efficient furnace with a high-efficiency furnace. Nick helped

Ended up unexpectedly requiring a complete furnace replacement after an inspection determined that my heat exchanger was damaged and the furnace was unsafe.
Steve was great and very helpful in assisting me in picking the right furnace. I was concerned with the upcoming cold weather and not having a working furnace so Steve also worked hard and managed to arrange an install very quickly so I did not have to worry about the cold!
The install team were very professional and worked quickly to install my new furnace. They were very tidy and I can hardly tell they were here!! Thanks Wardlaw!

The serviceman Nick, was very competent, he found the problem and corrected it. The repair had to be completed in the ceiling, in a limited cramped space, and entailed the removal of ceiling tiles. The tiles were replaced after completion, nice and neat. He was also very good at explaining things.

So, it's late September of 2021, chilly morning, and my old furnace fails to fire. I make a call to Wardlaw and they send someone right away. I get a text message when the repairman was on his way, and it gives me his work experience and history. Unfortunately my furnace is beyond repair seeing as it's about 40 years old I can't complain. Salesman comes next day with options and quotes for those options. Great service. In a time when it seems customer service is a thing if the past Wardlaw came through and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services.

The service team of Dave & Chris performed my 4th annual furnace maintenance and safety inspection today. These charmingly polite men followed all health protocols without asking.
