Have always had the guys do plumbing work in my home. They recently replaced all the toilets and faucets in our bathrooms, redid the copper pipes in our laundry room, installed a new hot water tank and most importantly were very helpful in dealing with a pinhole leak in the water main!

My wife and I needed some work done in our home. We needed a jacuzzi tub, and vanity removed. We also wanted a drinking fountain where the vanity was, as well as another vanity in a separate room. They came in the morning and had the tub and vanity out by noon. A few hours later they had the drinking fountain and vanity installed and working. They were very professional and checked in with us throughout to get our feedback. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job.

We called Villeneuve Plumbing to set up an appointment to shift our sink pipes. Despite providing Villeneuve Plumbing with a detailed description of the job beforehand, the plumber showed up without the proper tools to do the job. All the materials were standard plumbing accessories amounting to $10 total. We were charged $485 for about 45 minutes of plumbing work, the bulk of the charge coming from travel to and from the shop at $92 an hour.
As well, the plumber offered to clear our drain "while he was there"- which actually meant going back to the shop, yet again to get a snake.

The copper pipe to our water heater kept springing leaks and the last one was pretty bad. We had to turn the water off to stop it as there was no valve, so we needed action fast. This was after hours, but within 20 minutes of calling they showed up and were already started. They offered a couple different options and we decided the best was to replace the whole pipe. In under an hour they had everything done for us, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them, and I will call Mr. Villeneuve again.

Unreasonable. I made an emergency call to Jason at 8:30a.m. on a cold Wednesday morning. My Moen cartridge on my shower broke and would not shut off. I had to turn off the main water valve in my house to stop the spray. I called Jason who told me a tech would be at my house by 9-9:30. So I called work, told them I'd be late and waited. After 9:30 with no tech in sight I had to call again. I was told that there was a problem and that I needed to reschedule. We set a new time for 2pm. now my wife and 3 little kids were without water for 5 hours. After 2:30pm the tech showed up and did about 10 minutes

I've called Villeneuve several different times on 3 separate houses and they always do exemplary work. They finish the job right,,not just finish the job. The quality is always there and all their employees I've dealt with were very professional and courteous. I find them very reasonable in pricing for all the various jobs needed over the past few years. If Mike Holmes needed a high quality crew in Thunder Bay, these guys would be up to the task. Thanks for all the work. Ron
