Urban Cabinetry builds custom Murphy Wall Beds for customers across Ontario. With over 20 years of experience in crafting quality furniture products, our team works with the utmost care and attention to detail to provide you a durable wall bed that is tailored to your space and preferences, all while maintaining an eye for style.
Side cabinets are a great addition to your wall bed. You have the option of adding them on either side, and you have your choice of materials that either matches or complements the Murphy Bed and the decor around your room. Side cabinets come in standard sizes, but we can also customize their width and depth to ensure the best fit for your space.
The vertical tilt wall bed is the more popular wall bed orientation as it looks like a regular bed when it's in the open position, and it allow you to get into your bed from both sides. Vertical tilt Murphy Beds can easily be turned into an entertainment unit by adding cabinets or bookshelves to either side of the wall bed, and you can also add a drop-down, self-levelling or conference style desk to serve as your workspace.
You want a home office, but you don't have enough space for one. Murphy Desk Beds lets you turn the extra room in your house to use as office or study. With our custom-made Murphy Wall Beds, you can go with the traditional office desk layout and a hide-way Murphy Wall Bed or choose one of our more innovative Murphy Desk Bed options that effortlessly transforms your home office into a comfortable bed.
What is the difference between a Murphy Bed and a Wall Bed? Actually the distinction is straight forward: Within Canada it is fact that the incorporation of wall bed hardware manufactured by the Murphy Hardware Company of Canada is what legitimately allows a wall bed to now be referred to as a Murphy Bed or Murphy Wall Bed.
