Since you lower the requirement from offering an 'inspector report' to 'roof contractor estimation', lets talk about the roof. Firstly, I had a roof constructor check the roof in August and he think the roof is functioning well. I ordered a 72" x 48" window from Selcan on March 23rd, 2019. I paid the invoice in full at the time of the order. Sales rep advised that it would take a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks and that they would call to book the installation. Owner came to see the window and advised us to prepare it by opening up the wall and to move any electrical wiring, therefore we proceeded and the hole was prepared for them to install. They are responsive to customer service calls and will assure you everything is good however after replacing my windows 3 times with more defective windows they stopped responding and blamed the supplier that they chose. I was advised to sue their advisor. The installation was done with uninsured people and the caulking was a bad job. They didn't follow the instructions printed on the caulking tubes even after I pointed it out. I stopped trying to contact them. I gave up on this company. They are nice guys and I while I didn't recommend them in the past, I updated my review with the latest actions

I got my windows done in 2016. Work was done ok. Workers seemed in a hurry.

Fast forward to now. I realized some of my windows' tops had not been caulked outside the house, leading to a leak in the house, when I power washed my windows.

I have called multiple times, emailed...still waiting for them to come finish the job, more than a month after my first phone call to them.

When your windows cost you $14 000, you expect a fast follow up. I will not recommend this company in the future.
