I have worked with Tri-Air for the last 3 years on our commercial buildings in Mississauga. The level of service is beyond anything I have ever experienced from an HVAC company in the past. They are extremely responsive no matter what the reason or urgency of our call. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
I had called Tri-Air to have my furnace repaired, they sent a guy that didn't have a clue, he was on the phone asking other techs for advice, all in all he was here for 1.5 hours, so the tech had told me he needs to bring the unit back to his shop to repair, I helped him carry this unit to his truck, by the way, it was an electric furnace! so I paid the $240.00 service call, so in the mean time I had talked to a sales rep for this company to get a quote to repair or replace, the sales rep then informed me that I owe 1 hour for the tech to carry the unit to his truck, I told
