Our pool pump blew on a Friday afternoon of the long weekend. In a total panic that we wouldn't get to enjoy the pool for the long weekend we called Justin. He was over to assess the problem within a couple hours and arranged to have a new hayward pump installed the following morning and we were back up and running before lunch. Great service and great staff!

I worked with these guys for about a month, and only left for an apprenticeship opportunity. Definietly some of the greatest and unique individuals, with a discipline for outstanding work on safe, healthy, happy working jobsite(s). If anyone were interested in looking for a job with a great crew and a fearless, understanding, and great leader, then this is the place you need to be! 10/10, one of the best job experiences I've ever had, with lots of opportunity for learning and career growth.

We contacted them to give us a pool quote, I received a call for them to come over, a gentleman phoned me said he lived in my neighborhood and told me he would be there at 145 on Friday, he never showed up. I called the office no reply, I tired several times to contact them and now it's an answering service saying to fill out an o line request for a quote. NO THANKS you missed out on a Great opportunity!

In 2020, we decided to get a pool. We knew demand was high and likely we would need to book for 2021 instead. We knew we wanted a fiberglass pool, we found a good manufacturer (Leisure Pools) and found CCS as the local carrier. Immediately we were impressed by Jodi. She helped get us on the schedule for spring 2021.
Despite being booked for next year Jodi and Kevin worked closely with us to create a plan. The contract was straight forward, billing was easy and we committed to a plan CCS helped us create.
In October 2020, we received an amazing surprise! CCS had managed to get our pool delivered

Justin and his team delivered a great backyard to us. The team was friendly , knowledgeable and very approachable if there were changes we wanted. He really took all the stress out of a large project . The team dealt with permits , the pool , lighting , patio and coordination of all the sub trades. I would recommend you meet with CCS Pools if you are looking at transforming your backyard .

I had quotes with a few companies but I loved the pictures of CCS Pool and landscapes prior work and I knew they could design and build what I wanted. They took care of all the permits and headaches. Their team was fantastic to deal with. Their crew lead was onsite everyday and was amazing with any of my questions or concerns. He put my mind at ease, I was comfortable that they wouldn’t miss any of the little details. We can say enough we were happy we made the choice to use CCS Pool and landscape for our inground pool!

We had the CCS Team, come in to create a patio, in a some what cumbersome and awkward space. Justin and his team hit a Homerun. They came in and created a very useable space, they were courteous, consensus, and delivered what they promised. We couldn’t me more happy with the new addition to our outdoor living space.
