I have had service for over 12 years and never once had a bad experience with any member of the staff. They are friendly and courteous anytime I have spoken with them. Working for another utility company I can tell you that people are ALWAYS going to have something negative to say because these companies are viewed as the “bad guys” for some reason that I have yet to understand. The fact of the matter is a service is provided and therefore payment is expected. If you are struggling to pay (I have been there and understand that) reach out and ask for help with payment arrangements, try for assistance

Tyler and Shannon are the guys who make things happen. We had a tree fall across our power lines, they were there in short time and had us back up and going quickly.
I am proud to say I have been a member of Webster Electric for most of my life and have always had great service.

Was charged availability charge for 4 years for a meter that didn't have working power to it. The meter was never hooked up correctly. I was told by a manager they were not going to refund anything even though there was never a working meter available. I was charged over $1500 to have meter installed and paid another $1200 for there to be power available.

I think WEC is doing their job extremely well.
I appreciate when they come out to clear the lines of overgrowth and
when I see them working the lines in bad weather. They have been extremely accommodating in moving lines or adding pole lighting.
They are very courteous whenever we speak with them and they always answer the phone on the first few rings.
They provide an informative magazine that explains our changing government regulations, energy options, costs to cooperative members and safety guidelines.

I’ve dealt with 3 electric companies in my life. Webster electric is HANDS DOWN THE WORSE I have come across. They know there the only provider in the area and they show it. I have had days where the ladies are polite but that has not out weighed the times they have been very rude and stuck up. Very dissatisfied. Their a corrupt company in my opinion, which would explain why you can’t leave reviews on there fb page. I’d rather deal with Springfield CU any day of the week.

When your struggling to pay a bill and they charge you more than the bill to turn it back on! That is ridiculous. I understand it's a necessity to have and have to pay for it but come on! Turned my sister's electric of while it's cold and she has 2 babies in house. She's been sick and had to take off work. Have some kind of heart. Really!

I think Webster Electric is one of the nicest companies I have ever been involved with. I especially think Denise is one of the best customer service reps I have ever had, but all the ladies that work there are so informative, if ever I have a question about my bill, due date, anything they are more than willing to help and I appreciate that!
