Had been looking for new, larger gates for our backyard parking pad. Checked out several companies, with most of them not even getting back to me with a quote, and others wanting to charge double because this was "too small a job". None could offer the price nor selection The Fence Store does.
The process was super easy (barely an inconvenience) from having a quote emailed the same day as my inquiry, to having the gates put in by the hard working crew. AND the install happened even though they were short staffed and had to rearrange their schedules!

I dealt with Tyler to quote and co-ordinate install - We were promised late spring install but they actually showed up earlier than promised as the weather cooperated this year.
The install crew was great - kind and courteous, cleaned up their mess and always left an update before going home for the day. The custom welded gate is top notch.
I priced around and found them to be the most competitive price in town - couple the good price with excellent service and I would recommend The Fence Store to anyone who asked.

Very unprofessional business. Was very disappointed when I heard a story from someone who used to work there. They do not care about their employees nor do they care about the product or customers. They try to get the job done as soon as possible to go home and enjoy their afternoon while your fence is literally falling over due to a dog peeing on it. I do not recommend you use this company as my 4 year old godson could out work most of the company by himself. The amount of brain cells I have lost hearing about them is unbelievable i believe I have went from having a score of 110 on an IQ test

I was disappointed with the customer service that I received at The Fence Store. The materials themselves were a decent quality however there were no instructions or diagrams provided to help with installation. Looking back on the number of emails I had sent to clarify and get a better understanding on how to install the product, it would have been much simpler if some standard instructions and a couple diagrams were included with the purchase. This would have saved my time and theirs as well as prevented mistakes. I also sensed a reluctance on the part of The Fence Store to provide basic information

Very pleased with The Fence Store! Pat listened to everything I asked for and gave us a quote slightly cheaper than competitors. The gate latch and mechanism I requested turned out to be quite difficult, but they figured it out for me and made a custom part for our gate. Everyone that came out was very nice and helpful. Thank you to Pat, Willy, and everyone at The Fence Store!
