Brad founded BML Homes in 2006. In addition to years of carpentry experience, Brad holds a diploma in Construction Engineering Technology from NAIT. He is known for his attention to detail, quality workmanship, commitment to clients, and his inability to rest until our clients are 100% satisfied. Colin has worked in the construction industry for 16 years and joined BML Homes in 2009.
Each home built by BML is as unique as the client building it. With that, we understand that your ideal process might differ from the one we've outlined, and that is okay. Building homes is personal, so whether you need a few extra design meetings to make those selections, or a few extra walkthroughs to calm your nerves, we are happy to accommodate you along the way.
After completing a full exterior renovation on this home in 2015, our team had the opportunity to revisit the 1910 beauty to complete a main floor interior renovation. A new kitchen and main floor bath are combined with restored hardwood floors from Urban Timber and rustic feature beams to update the home while paying tribute to this home's heritage.
Located in Seba Beach, Alberta, this light and bright property is a contemporary take on a cabin and is ready to welcomes the owners, their children, and their grandchildren for weekend getaways, family gatherings, and everything in between. The main gathering place of the home, the kitchen is accessible from the living area, the front entry, and garage entry through the pantry.
