Our landscaping company (Old South Lawn, Garden & Construction) has used V&P's from, I believe, the first year they opened (2007). Was working on a front and backyard renovation which involved river rock, hpb, paving stones and alot of calculations. When I called the gentleman that answered the phone was great. I gave him my measurements of the 5 gardens and patio area we were building. He did the calculations for me and was bang on. He gave me the price and recommendations and when I could expect delivery.
It arrived on time and exactly where I asked it to be put. Will continue to use only them for my future projects. Highly rated

First of all the guy I dealt with in the yard was very nice he gave me all the incorrect pricing but was nice. Also the delivery guy was also nice. The guy on the phone who I believe is management was nothing but rude! The price I was given in the yard was very different once it came to paying and the guy was rude to me about it. They dropped large stone off on the wrong day in the wrong place blocking my only car in. They came and moved them but he was very rude about having to do this. I ordered 6 rocks 5 of which were actually delivered I never recieved a receipt so now I have to track that

Unbelievably poor service from staff including the owner Jason. We called asking for advice on a product to complete our patio and were recommended the wrong product. When we called back to have the issue corrected the owner and staff refused to acknowledge their part on the error and blatantly lied about it. Even when we agreed to keep with incorrect product and not be refunded for it the owner refused to to assist us in any way and basically offered us that he would come pick up the wrong product but he's keeping the money we paid for it and if we want the correct product we'll have to pay the

There's the good and bad. The Good: Lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and helped me with what I needed. Which she recommended the 3 Way Topsoil for my garden beds. Delivered and placed where I wanted it as I couldn't be there for the delivery. Probably got more than I needed as it filled both my large raised garden beds with plenty left over. The Bad: The soil did have a lot of uncomposted grass in it and quite a few rocks. The rocks I can handle as they are easy to pick out but the grass I have been constantly having to pick out of the beds. I do think this soil could have used a lot more
