Since 1956, one thing that has not changed is the commitment to our Edmonton-based family business. Although Ron Fath (who is in his late 90's) is not directly involved in the day to day operations, he is still a guiding force for the group of companies. The Fath family has grown up in the business with three generations active.

2016 will mark the 60th anniversary of O'Hanlon Paving. Brookwood Camps & Catering is a leading provider of services to the oil & gas industry throughout Alberta. They provide accommodation and catering at their 550 guest Gregoire River Open Camp near Fort McMurray Alberta as well as several other smaller camps in northern Alberta.
The Fath Groups family values are reflected in its commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all staff. Safety is everyone's responsibility and that is taken very seriously. We are all responsible for each other and that results in everyone going home at the end of the day safe and healthy.

Watched West Edmonton village parking lot rebuild with 40+ yrs in construction never seen such disregard for safety leaving steel pegs sticking straight up out of ground with no protective caps on them for days on end all the while Children playing next to them then put flagging on them lol. Behind schedule due to laziness.

Horrible company that uses employees. For a spring cleaning you keep those guys on even after you drop $3/h only to layoff your heavy mechanics. I hope the Alberta Labour Board investigates and shuts down not only O'Hanlon but the Fath group as a hole. Discussing people. You should be ashamed of yourselves

945am this morning turning South onto 109 St from 111 Ave, a white Toyota company truck of O’Hanlon was driving recklessly. Swerved around us taking a corner cautiously and then proceeded to make multiple lane changes trying to pass other vehicles. Then turned East onto 104 Ave. Can you kindly remind your drivers to be safer on the road. Or at least not in company vehicles with the company logo on them.

Worked for this company for 10 years..great people staff both on the field and in office are extremely knowledgable and awesome to work with. Have never had an issue with hours or pay. Quality of work is takin very serious in return giving the customer a great looking and well finished product. I take pride in quality work and this is the company you need to be with to achieve this. Keep up the great work everyone.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They put all their deficiencies on hired trucks. Don't expect to earn more than $65/hr. with your truck. And that's if your truck is good for 15 tonnes plus payload. AVOID. George go's over the truck tickets and will also at his leisure remove hours from signed tickets, if he feels like it. Totally corrupt.
