Grout injection for cracks is the preferred method of choice for permanently stopping leaks from either side of the wall. No digging is required, as high-pressure polyurethane injection forces the flexible seal completely through the wall crack to the other side. We use products from two of the world leaders to repair water leaks in concrete structures.
Slabjacking is faster, less intrusive and more environmentally friendly than concrete replacement. Colour and surface texture remains consistent with the surrounding concrete, increasing property value and preventing damage. If your concrete has sunk it is probably due to improper compaction of the fill material during construction.
For our residential customers it may be a problem with cracks on an exposed aggregate driveway or pool deck, or an issue with water leaking through a crack in a basement wall.
