The roof needed to be re-shingled and I got 3 estimates done. After having spoken to the manager at Vertical Limit Roofing, I decided to meet with Rene and we started looking at the product he was telling me about with a lifetime warranty that is also transferable to a new owner when I should decide to sell. I am impressed by the product and the quality of the work performed and their price was below other estimates I have received. I have personally taken a look at the work in progress and had fun taking pictures! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this company!, A great team.

Recently had my roof replaced and Vertical Limit was over $2,000 less than other bids for the same material. In fact I had a quote from Vertical Limit that was 3 years old and Rene-Karl actually provided me a lower quote this time because his business has become more efficient. Work was done as promised, on schedule and his crew cleaned up after themselves very nicely. No payment was required until work was completed and final bill was exactly as quoted, no additional charges. Would definitely recommend.

So happy with the new roof ♡♡ Vertical limit Roofing in Rockland has been super amazing. They did all this with no upfront payment, came to talk to us about the different materials and vents they would be using and we're able to schedule me within 2 weeks ♡.♡
This was all done in... less than 12hrs and the airflow upstairs is already much much better!! and they are very reasonably priced too~~
