The home will have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with open living and entertaining, flowing from the indoor to outdoor spaces seamlessly.
RND's Design & Innovation Centre is part of an 8000 square foot green building which includes our office, warehouse and fabrication shop. This building was designed by Christopher Simmonds Architect and built by RND in 2003. When first built, the facility was 42% more efficient than the building code.
