The building is designed to maximize openness, welcoming the community through its entrance, windows, and amenity glazing treatments, while providing. The original white marble cladding was replaced as it had been structurally failing, with new insulation behind to significantly improve. The faade colours and other vibrant hues are used in the interior apartments and office spaces.
