Services
A 30,000 square foot renovation to the existing offices of the Winnipeg Airport Authority. The challenge was to transform a crowded space with power poles and tall privacy screens into an open, bright, inviting, collaborative space. I think we accomplished that! A stunning renovation to a Mid-Century beauty in Winnipeg, Canada. We updated the timeless home using large, heated Cararra marble tile floors throughout; refurbished the walnut paneling and installed modern cabinets and design details. Dining Room - the flat ceiling was opened and raised, adding clerestory windows to add height, more natural light and volume for the large dramatic light fixture.
We are proud that our client's kitchen won 'Best Kitchen in Winnipeg 2018' The project involved removing walls to create a new open kitchen & dining room. The walls between the kitchen, dining room and living area were removed to create an open layout with rich walnut cabinets, light grey hardwood floors throughout and function lighting.
Kitchen - The sculptural island is the main feature of the space, supported at both ends and open underneath. This expansive warehouse loft residence features opened beamed and tin ceilings, wood posts and numerous large windows. We divided the open space into 5 open zones - entry, entertainment, reading, dining and kitchen.
One of our most exciting projects is on the mountainside above Kelowna BC. This 6,500 square foot home was a full-home design by Everitt Design. It features a dramatically angled floor plan designed to allow for optimal views & natural light. It's angled roofline mimicks and blends into the surrounding mountain landscape.

Not only have I used Rob Everitt and Everitt Design for my business/studio design needs, but I have also been photographing his many residential and commercial projects for over 23 years. Rob and his team's attention to detail is what always gets me excited when photographing one of the spaces they've designed. After purchasing an older home in River Heights, we worked with Rob Everitt to turn our 90-year-old character home into a modern space, while maintaining the interesting architectural features. In our meetings with Rob, he listened to our ideas for the house and incorporated colours and design to create a warm and comfortable space. We hired Rob Everitt to assist us with our lake build. It was already in progress and we needed some help in fine tuning the look we were trying to achieve as well as ensure all design elements were tied together. This was a turning point in our build and absolutely elevated the end result exceeding our expectations. Be prepared to PAY big bucks here for not a whole lot. $ 400 to take measurements of an existing kitchen? Really. Watch your bill for double charges as well. Charged for everything including setting up the samples and PUTTING THEM AWAY. Really the highest price person in the company is putting away a handful of samples? If you don't like the original design provided, you will be charged all over again for another. Then be prepared to be charged for services not provided either. We didn't even look at flooring samples, but I was charged for this as well. I was even charged for
