Called last night for emergency service. Spoke with Mike and described the problem with my heater. Advised him that I thought it might be the blower. He said an emergency service visit might not be worth it, as he likely wouldn't have the part on the truck if it were the blower. Recommended we try for first thing this morning.

I needed a new gas water heater (pronto). I contacted 3 companies in the northern va area for installation. One company said not available till the new year, the other said they don't serve my area. Finally called M&M Mechanical Inc. and happy to say I got my new water heater the next day. Quick response by Don Vance, and good installation by Todd and Dustin the next day. I recommend M&M.

Great Service and Price. M&M was referred by a friend, and I can see why. They tried to help me trouble shoot over the phone (at night after hours) and then sent an awesome Technician named Felix over in the morning. He educated me on every step of the repair and the price was very fair.

They have always been there when I needed them. One must be patient in high season when the demand for their services is high. Their prices are also extremely competitive, with the nicest service reps around. Occasionally they do have to move you to a later appointment - and I wish they would share their reasoning. If that is the only complaint we are doing well.
