I had been dealing with a different company which was giving me a runaround and I wanted to have the capping done on our newly installed garage before the weather changed. I did a little Google search Aurora overhead door was the first one that came up and I am so happy that it did. Jason and his team were such a dream to deal with. Not only were they able to get the job done quickly, the two gentlemen who installed the capping around our garage door were professional and the job just looks so clean and finished. Pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

This company has a professional team, they present you a sales person in your place and then give you a quote, since another company quote you over the phone, this thing would be a dispute when the the installer come in.
so it's better talk to sales person and get good advice; which Aurora overhead door does that.

With so many scammy doors companies out there it can be overwhelming to actually find a good company. We had to have our spring replaced with a few other tweaks made to our garage door system. Booked our service call with Jason, who was up front with the repair and estimate. Aaron came earlier than expected to do the work, was super cordial and filled with energy for an 8am service call. Being new parents and homeowners we've had several great companies come by to do various jobs. However Aurora Overhead Doors takes the prize when it comes to our overall experience and service. Aurora Overhead Door was by far the easiest decision we made while building our custom home. I've had a number of occasions over the past 10 years or so where i needed their services. From simple maintenance to a complete door replacement. Every experience has been very positive. A pleasure working with Ian selling me the springs I needed after one of mine went kaput. Very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing my needs.
Installation was done by Ryan who was on time, polite, detail oriented and clean. He had my springs replaced in no time and was patient with me and my barrage of questions on the mechanics of garage door operation.

I've had nothing but incredible experiences with Aurora Overhead Door. Jason is extremely kind and professional, the same goes for each of his staff who have gone above and beyond for us many times. Not only are we happy with our (beautiful and fairly priced) garage door, they have also come to my rescue when my family's garage door opener wasn't working (a opener they didn't even install might I add!). They always are punctual and have on more than one occasion come within the hour of calling! I cannot recommend this company enough.

Had a 16x7 redwood door that wasn't looking the greatest anymore so i decided to get a new insulated steel door. We decided to have a Aurora Overhead Door come out to quote. We had a salesman named Jason came out he knew his stuff. We decided to go with a clopay premium series door with windows. The installer came out installed the door in half a day as well as cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company!

Very happy customer! About a month ago, our garage door got stuck with our car in the garage. This was the second time in two years this happened. I called up Aurora Overhead Door and the man who answered was courteous and gave me a solid quote over the phone. He promised me someone would be by that day and the technician did come and on time. The technician was also very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to repair the door in half an hour. Here's the amazing part - they were able to fix the door for under a hundred dollars! I was resigned to the fact that I was going to have to pay

I would have loved to give a better rating but service was a bit off. The sales guy was by far the best we encountered in our search with actual samples and tons of options. The pricing was very competitive. We ordered three Cloplay garage doors which we have found to be beautiful and of great quality. Aurora Overhead Doors uses sub-contractors and I am afraid in our case, they fell far short of expectation. It started when they did not clean up after themselves with rivets and nuts all over the garage floor. The seals were badly installed with a one inch gap to the floor on a couple. The installer

I've lived in three different homes since 1998 and each time, one of the first phone calls I made was to Aurora Overhead Door --- for garage doors, garage door openers and locks, weather-stripping and keypads. Each time, I was happy with the reliable service, good products and reasonable rates.
One morning my garage door got stuck half-way up --- we had to go to work and school, etc. but couldn't leave it like that. I phoned Aurora Overhead Door and within an hour someone was there to fix it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aurora Overhead Door to any of my friends.
