Awful experience, Jennifer Elder their vice president is horrible at managing this company. The manufacturing qualiy is awful, they cut corners to save money. I had a multi-thousand dollar setback because of Jennifer & they refused to any resolutions to the issue. She said "not my problem, you should have been more specific, take it up in court"
