While we're incredibly thankful for our many years as a family business and for our fine relationships with clients and contractors, we don't intend to let that make us arrogant or complacent. Begun by Irvin Kraemer, the business is now managed by Irvin's son Randy. As always, we're still located where we always have been, in the heart of Ontario's Waterloo region.

Really excellent firm to deal with. My wife and I would absolutely use these guys again. Really enjoyed visiting their shop. Great attention to detail, very good process start to finish, and the execution was superb. High quality building materials, reviews and approvals c/w shop drawings built into the process.
