Waited over 3 months for our windows for our new build, and then when they arrived they are all different colours. Now we are looking at either being delayed another 3 months, or a settlement where we would have to live with the awful looking windows for the rest of our lives. Talk about stressing a pregnant woman out who is expecting twins in the next few months. We are out of time and were supposed to be in our house before Christmas but now because of the window delay/mess up who knows. 😢

Ordered a white door system with two side panels. Arrived unpainted but still white and warped. I started my warranty claim in March of 2018 and I'm still waiting. Now they are suggesting to replace with a different door but to keep the same side panels. Their favorite thing to do is to take a message and say they'll get back to you.
