We renovate with the most up to date building practices, are members of the Canadian, New Brunswick, and the Fredericton Home Builders' Associations. We understand that quality comes from high quality products, good workmanship, reliable and professional customer service and above it all, pride in our everyday work.

Case's Team comprised of service orientated licensed carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters. Our multi-trade team has over decades of combined experience in the residential/commercial renovation and home building industry. A Lead Carpenter monitors each project along with the General Manager who is always available for customer inquiries and assistance.

Case's has completed many window, door, siding, fencing, garage and deck work projects. Case's works seamlessly with other sub-trades to make any complex renovation project a walk in the park for the home owners. We had them in on October 6th for a quote to reno our basement, have called back twice about getting the estimate. Almost two months later and still nothing, very disappointed.

I requested an estimate and the estimator actually came out and gathered our details. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks so I called the office and the girl in the office directed me to the estimator. I called and he made some excuses about being busy and he would send the quote along that weekend. Here we are 9 weeks after the initial visit and no estimate. In my book I just dodged a bullet. It is good to see that you have so much work that you can ignore potential customers, but at least let us know your slate is full.

I contacted Cases Renovations to finish a bedroom in my basement. They promptly scheduled a visit to see the space and get a quote. I was told the quote would be back to me by the end of next week (this was Sept 27). I contacted them three separate times looking for the quote to which they said, “ I will have it this evening”, “it will be done tomorrow” etc. Today is Nov 10 and I have yet to hear back from them. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
