Bytown paved our drive through our builder. After they completed the job I contacted them the same day to explain the drive was not done correctly. It slopes towards our garage in a spot and puddles right at the base of our entryway. Bytown sent an employee to melt a trench in the drive with a torch/propane tank. When the employee was asked about the process he became offended, started swearing and stormed off. The builder said they'd have the driveway portion cut out and patched. This is not acceptable for a brand new drive. Dissatisfied and disappointed in Bytown. I wouldn't recommend them.

Overall, despite a lengthy delay and some communication breakdowns, we were very pleased with the quality of the final product. Crew did an excellent job of packing/rolling the base material and topcoat of asphalt. Owner and sales rep were very accommodating to our initial concerns. Driveway looks great! Thanks.

We have a large driveway. They completed the job very quickly. The employees they have working are very professional. The foreman has a great eye for detail and when it rains there is no water puddles on the driveway. And the most important thing is that the wife is very pleased on how it looks. Great job guys.

First of all i called buytown paving to get an estimate to replace my driveway they never called me back for the appointment to when they will come they just showed up without notice then I tell them what I want done replace the driveway go up the side of my house to the chimney and then make it 4 feet wider he tells me you can't do that I told him I had 4 other estements not one of them told me I can't do that so then he tells me it's not worth him coming to do it to small of a job. Isent that what they do is driveways I don't recamened buytown paving very rude write from the get go

Price was reasonable but during paving after lifting old asphalt they insisted I pay extra few hundred dollars. The installed asphalt was less than promised, pebbly, didnt roll smoothly, and had patchs of shrinking/flaking even before they left. Was told that’s normal. Not! Worse, deal involved one year warranty but six months later long cracks opened down both center areas of driveway. Bytown ignored repeated phone calls all summer for repair service. By July long cracks had opened down centre half of driveway and again neither Bytown Paving nor their salesman/project seller returned phones

We contracted Bytown to completely reinstall a new asphalt driveway and found them to be very professional compared to the competition. They were competitive in price and timely in getting the work done. Most importantly, when significant issues occurred with quality of asphalt, they honored their warranty by committing to repair and delivered on this promise shortly after. I am very satisfied with quality of work and post work customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Bytown did my laneway and flower beds last year. I dealt directly with Kevin. Kevin is very passionate about his work and even designed the layout/plan for my home. The crew were great, arrived bright and early for a week. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves, and even the home of my neighbour. They were always courteous and prompt at answering any questions and offered suggestions as the job progressed.
Kevin went above and beyond in my opinion as he even assisted me in planting trees and flowers in my flower beds. He would come by daily to see how the work was
