Thank you for not showing up...not returning calls....a good business that has gone 'downhill with time '...no stars...a business to avoid...😒😒😒

Pete did a service visit for our fireplace, didn’t have the parts to access the unit, so did nothing but charged us $240, insisted on full payment before returning and went ‘silent’ after he was paid in full. We had to go with another vendor in the end (Fireplace King and they were excellent).
Notable that half of the reviews are 5* and half are 1*. We’re firmly in the second group.
My advice is to steer clear of this company.

Not dependable or professional. Never returned any calls or emails. I would recommend that you save your time and look for another HVAC company !!!! Would have given 0 stars if possible !

No heat or hot water. Pete came out within hours of calling. He quickly assessed our boiler combi furnace problems. He and staff helped navigate the warranty process and the replacement install went smoothly. All the staff at Parry Air are professional and a pleasure to work with.

My mother had air conditioning installed at her home by this company. She has a relatively complex but almost new heating system involving two compatible furnaces (one wood and one propane). Everything worked well with both heating systems until Mom had Parry Air install a central air conditioning unit this summer.
When Mom went to turn on her propane furnace this fall, she couldn’t. Parry Air attended and made a few adjustments and blamed the furnace installation, saying it had not been done properly. He is now refusing to accept any responsibility for correcting his errors! I have spoken to

Not having any hot water is almost an emergency. I called Pete and right away he said he understood. His crew was busy that day but he would try to get them out. A few hours later they showed up and all was fixed. Great service, thanks guys.

Poor customer service. by not truly identifying with the consumer's post-assessment concerns. Service technician not knowledgeable on how to diagnose the natural gas stove by admitting he had no idea of what the problem was and stating "you need to buy a new stove". Despite not being given answers as to the range;s issue and no actual work being done, was charged $107.35 -- no answers and still have a range in the identical condition it was in prior to the assessment call.

Pete’s crew did an outstanding job of installing our Fujitsu mini-split heat pump system at our new build cottage; their work was very neat and precise. We had a small issue with the condensate drainage from one of the units and Peter was out the same day we reported the problem to make the minor adjustment to make it right. I did a lot of homework before purchasing the Fujitsu system but, so far, we couldn’t be happier. Great product and great workmanship, a terrific combination!

I've had my new boiler System for a couple of years now:) I absolutely love it !!!!!! Not only is it a fantastic system, the money I've saved on hydro is staggering!

After two years I needed a service call and a part needed to be replaced. I called the office on a holiday! And Pete answered the phone him self :) the service technician was at my house bye 8 am the next morning 😀 Courteous, efficient and friendly . Thank you to Pete and all his staff ! You guys rock :)
