NIA Architects Inc. was founded in 2009 by talented Toronto architects, Nadeem and Tahira Irfan, and is licensed by the Ontario Association of Architecture. NIA means new, innovative, and bright, which most aptly describes the essence of our firm.
Nadeem Irfan is the Principal Architect at NIA Architects, a Toronto Architects firm. Earning his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Engineering and Technology, Nadeem worked for several years internationally before gaining his Canadian Certification. With over twenty years of experience in the field of architecture, Nadeem founded NIA Architects Inc. in 2009 in order to dedicate himself to the rich modernists works of architecture.
NIA Architects works to create the most inspirational and uplifting institutional buildings. Preliminary design drawings project a plan onto paper to give the client a sample visual of their upcoming project. To create the preliminary drawings, constant communication with the client is key to truly understand their needs, and explore new ideas and concepts.
