CGS recently installed a new furnace to replace one that had unexpectedly ceased operating. We were pleased with the price quoted and the delivery and installation time. Prior to the new furnace CGS installed additional ductwork to improve heat distribution throughout the house. The ductwork was further enhanced at the time of the new furnace installation.

Transparent pricing, same day response and service. Brenden was kind and polite and answered all my questions. Cody delivered the part to my place while Brenden was here to ensure i wasn't without heat for the nightand they even offered temp heating solutions should i have had to gobe without my furnace for the evening. Will definitely be my hvac service provider of choice going forward.

Ok so they were amazing they came in almost a week earlier then they they finished the work fast and did a great job also we got top of the line AC units for an amazing price I couldn't think of a bad thing they did if I tried also communication was great calls everyday with updates. Just great company with great people from the owner on down will be using them for years to come. Thanks Corey and Jessica you've help us through so many things this summer

Have used CGS to replace the central furnace and the water heater with a tankless one. In both cases they were helpful in choosing the units as well as reaching challenges faced with the previous units. Good services and value and wanting to ensure they make me a satisfied customer.

Cody roughed in a gas line for my stove and left me without a shutoff.
Now I have turn off the gas for the whole building and install one myself. Very unprofessional
Update after owner's reply:
True I was having my own financial issues with a client on a job you were involved on. I made my payments in full in agreed upon installments and actually it's you that owns me money as you mentioned I overpaid and you never credited me back and/or got back to me when questioned about overpayment.
This review is for the rough in you did and on this particular job the 1/5 is for leaving me without a shutoff

We first had Cody at CGS perform furnace maintenance several years ago , and we were impressed with the service. Then, at the beginning of this past summer when we decided to add a Trane A/C to our home, we immediately contacted CGS again. Cody provided a quotation which we found acceptable, and the installation was done very nicely and on schedule even though there were some unusual requirements due to tight spaces and physical locations. We seriously can't recommend this company enough!
Our furnace died late on a Friday night with a record cold temp outside. Cody answered our call and showed up at midnight (yes - on a Friday) to assess the problem, and brought us an electric heater to help save our pipes. No one else even called us back. Cody clearly explained our options and the associated costs. We chose to replace our furnace and he and Josh came out on Sunday to install the new one so we could open our home business again on Monday without interruption. They were both thoughtful, polite, kind
