All of our workers are subject to a four year, government recognized apprenticeship program that teaches them the skills required to be a licensed Mechanical Insulator.

Thermec Insulation Services has a complete, customized Health and Safety Program in place as well as an employee specific Health and Safety Policy and Procedures manual. All work performance on customer sites is in conformance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, applicable regulations and all local union procedures in accordance with Local 95.
