We absolutely love the worked completed by Scotia Floor Care Ltd. The work completed was of extremely high quality and reasonably priced and completed on time, not withstanding the fact that the scope of work spanned the Christmas New Years period.
Kyle was very responsive to the many questions we had, and displayed a high degree professionalism explaining why he was unable to give us exactly what we were asking for because of the current material shortage in the Covid market place, and what we were asking for could not be achieved when you are refinishing natural wood. We recently had our main floor refinished by Scotia Floor Care and we are extremely pleased with the results. The floor looks amazing. More importantly, we have done a lot of work with contractors recently both internally and externally. Almost all over promise and under deliver and our landscaping project took 6 months longer than it should have. Not Kyle. He showed up when he said he would be there, the job went exactly how he described it would go, and it was completed exactly when he said it would be done. Kyle did an absolutely amazing job bringing 125 year old hardwood floors back to "original Life" in my Victorian Heritage home (Living room, Dining room and Office /Den) . He went the extra mile and repaired some small holes left from back in the day - when electric sockets were in the floor and installed raisers. These floors look better now than the day they were installed. Kyle worked log hours on this job is a true professional with close attention to detail. I very highly recommend him and Scotia Floor Care. Again W O W !!

We had our hardwood floors refinished in March 2021. We had oak floors that had yellowed with age. We had a stain called “early American’ applied to our floors with an oil polyurethane applied for a protection.… We LOVE our new floors. You can see the care that was taken to achieve such beautiful results. I would recommend Scotia Floor Care ! Stephanie answered my inquires in a very timely manner and was always very pleasant.
