A to Z Cleaning Services was started in 1992 by Anna Z, an old fashioned cleaning lady, who had arrived to Canada from Poland. She is the only owner and is dedicated to providing all her customers with the same High Quality Cleaning Services our clients have come to expect!. We provide dependable and affordable residential and business cleaning services tailored to just about anyone's needs.
We offer an array of cleaning services available on a flexible basis, including weekly and bi-weekly. This makes it easy to choose the cleaning service schedule that is based on your unique needs. We understand that in today's hectic world everyone has an incredibly busy schedule, but still enjoy walking into a clean home.
Our prices are based on your house or apartment's size (square footage), the number of bathrooms and many other aspects ranging from laundry requests, appliance cleaning, wall washings - every cleaning is a one of a kind task, but rest assured they all have the same outstanding results. Our Cleaning Service Rates are from $35 to $40 per hour.

We booked an end of tenancy clean and included the balcony but when the cleaners came they said the didn't do outside. We called the helpline but the Luxembourg person was not responding so we spoke to the Swiss rep. Finally, the Swiss rep told us that the Luxembourg one would be back on the following day and contact us then - she did not. The Swiss one told us we would get the money back for the balcony and we've had nothing since, this was 3 weeks ago.

As long as you don't have any problems, fine. But as soon as there is an issue you are on your own. Attempts to resolve the situation don't go anywhere (examples: one cleaner spilled wax all over a wall, another one left over an hour early, one used the wrong cleaner and made all the floors oily despite explicit instructions so had to clean them all again, one thought that cleaning the (tidy but dirty) kitchen is not part of a normal clean...the list really does go on). They maybe ok for routine cleaning but please do not use this company for deep clean or end of tenancy cleaning. We paid over 400EUR for the end of tenancy cleaning, however the cleaners were unprofessional and does not provide the quality of cleaning needed (did not clean oven, did not clean inside cupboards, did not clean shutters, even though these were all services we purchased). They had to come back twice to finish the cleaning because our agent / landlord were not satisfied and in the end my landlord had to send her own cleaner to finish the job, which we had to pay for out of our deposit
