MDM Construction Co. Ltd. was established as a General Contractor after the recession of 1979/1980 in 1981. The founders, Marvin Job, Marvin Kehler and David Martens initially concentrated on government projects which at the time consisted of bridges, sewer treatment plants and water reservoirs. In 1987 Marvin Kehler left the company, and at the same time MDM Construction Co. Ltd began to venture into the Private Sector.
Our projects have led us to interesting places over the years including Saskatchewan, Revelstoke BC, various parts of Alberta, Vancouver Island, Whistler and Taiwan. Through transitions of retirement and positive growth, Steve Rempel has come alongside Marvin Job in 2010 to further advance MDM in the Construction Industry.
From 2000 onward, our industry has changed and new markets have emerged for us in the Residential Section such as Multi-Storey Senior's Residential Living. MDM Construction (2012) Co. Ltd. is a General Contractor that provides construction and project management including but not limited to: the issuance of all contracts to sub-contractors and material suppliers, administration of all accounts, coordination of sub-trades, budgeting, etc.

Services
Co-founder, Marvin Job has been with the company since 1981 from it's conception. Over the years he has filled many positions from foreman, on-site supervisor, to project manager and controller for the company. His accounting skills enable him to see the entire scope of the project, resulting in tight control of expenses.
We have a excellent relationship with our sub trades considering we do not shop their prices or try to profit at their expense. We pay our bills on time rather than late. We also regard our employees very highly, as well as have a very loyal work force. Our high standards of safety is reflected in our prequalification by the Ministry of Transportation and Highways.
