We install heat pumps! All of our heat pumps meet the requirements of the Energy Efficiency PEI grant. When you request a quote, our heat pump specialist will make a complimentary visit to provide an estimate based exactly on your needs. Looking for a water softener? We carry a good assortment of water softeners that take that chlorine taste out of your water and the spots off your glasses! Called at 8am for a plugged sewer.They took my infomation including credit card number and said will send someone around 6pm if anyone is available.At 4pm,they told me nobody could come and suggested me call after hour service.Not happy with waiting the whole day and almost left no time for me to call other service providers before they close.

If you’re looking to complete a bathroom renovation, we highly recommend Mr Plumber. Haldane managed the whole process and was excellent to work with - professional, helpful and always responded quickly to any questions/concerns that we had. We were also really pleased with all the tradesmen who worked on this project...great workmanship and work ethic...took great care to keep the mess to a minimum and all were great guys to have around.

The plumber completed the service and did a wonderful job. I was in the middle of a messy breakup and my ex boyfriend was stealing my mail with his copy of the mail key. Instead of calling and leaving me a message that I owed money, they sent it through collections. When I called to talk to them the secretary was very rude and non sympathetic to my situation. I asked why they did not leave a message before sending it to collections and she felt she didn't have to. She insinuated that if i was too broke to pay i should have called. Called about 3 weeks ago for my appointment the worker support to be there between 8~12 AM But no one show up , so i gotta run to town quick and i receive a call back from the worker at 2 PM said he is there while i just left the house . so i said ill be back in half hour and he said he had to leave. ( I'M SORRY BUT YOUR LATE ???? )

Unfortunately mr plumber attended my house just before hurricaine dorian hit. To be fair they came out in vad weather and the plumber was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He came with another guy who failed to speak during the 2 hours he was there- more on that later.
My pressure switch had blown and unfortunately when the plumber attempted to remove it he broke something. Well things happen and off they went to get new pipes and supplies. They got back and changed out the switch and did some welding. When i say, "they ", what i meant is that plumber 1 worked and plumber 2 did absolutely

I have never dealt with such rude staff as I did with Mr Plumber. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. Our minor scheduling miscommunication has become a huge issue because the receptionist has apparently not heard of simply listening to the customer. We couldn't even get a word in when we called for clarification on our bill from her cutting in and speaking over us.

Called to book an appointment at 730. Guy on the phone was very helpful and nice saying he would have someone call me soon to confirm a time. Then "Tracy" called me. Wow, what an experience that was. Rude, loud, and actually mocked me and said "your lucky that we can even fit you in today". Apparently they have plenty of business and are not interested in mine.

Placed a call to Mr. Plumber re having a technician come to my home to do furnace repair. I was greeted with a very friendly voice who introduced herself as Hannah. She demonstrated genuine concern when I explained I had no heat for several hours and was waiting for oil delivery. She took my information and called me back within a few minutes to provide me with the name and telephone number of the technician who would be dispatched to my home.
