Rented a yard tractor with an auger attachment. Went to dig are holes for a fence and the auger was so dull it wouldn't even dig with 2 people standing on it. So we had to call and go pick up a new blade which was okay I guess. So we lost half the time we had messing with the first blade and going to get the second blade and installing it. Brought it back the next day and he charge us $50 extra for getting the new blade even though he rented us a warn auger that was useless and we had to drive 45 mins to get the new blade & wasted 4 hours out of the 12 hours we had free to get the job done. If you rent from this place on Saturday and it's for 1day expect to pay for 2 days even if the hours on the equipment only show one day use! If anyone needs to do a weekend job and only needs something for 1 day go to herc in windsor they give you the rental for 1 day even if you have it all weekend

Rented a pick axe he didn’t even know he had. Used it for 2 hours breaking up earth only (I weigh 160lbs) Head of it broke free and slip down handle smashing my hand. Fine, things happen. Paid window contractors $60 to finish digging as I was supposed to have it ready. Returned it showing damage and explained how it shouldn’t happen breaking up earth (was hoping for discount). Owner charged me for an extra day and thought this was fair since I broke it. I said I’m not paying extra for a broken tool I could barely use. He angrily said fine pay for the days you had it and to get out of store
