Gas fireplace was cleaned and repaired. It was done quickly and cleanly. All work was fully explained, the equipment was tested to ensure proper working order and the service man (Helge) cleaned up the work area. Also, he was courteous and pleasant to have in our home. Thank you Helge!

I had a new Lennox furnace installed by Abbey air service experts in December. My furnace stopped working and within a day I had someone out to take a look at it, it was ordered and installed. The Service technicians, Marcel and Nav were excellent. They worked efficiently, kept me up-to-date on what they were doing and left my place clean. Super happy with the service!

We had an outstanding experience with this company. Our furnace (and AC was also old) and needed replacing in the middle of January. The consultant Gladson Joel was fantastic. No BS. Straight information, professional and helpful. Our decision was made easy.
Then the installers came the next morning when it was -13 outside and installed the furnace and AC. Brock and Brett were outstanding. Brock is very professional in communicating. Friendly, obliging and a very neat and thorough job. We could not be happier.
I don't usually give reviews like this, but it was justified. Well done Abbey!

Heating in our home suddenly failed at about 10 o'clock in the morning. I called Abby and within 25 minutes a service technician Gezon arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a failure of the blower motor. He show me the defective windings clearly explained that he could quickly repair it providing that a new motor was available. The motor was available and I was back in business by noon! Gezon was exceptionally knowledgeable, clear in his explanation of the problem, and clear on how the problem would be solved. I must admit he was the best service technician I ever encountered. Keep

I was very please with my service. My furnace broke at a very difficult time. I was explained the cost of repairing and offered options to purchase or rent new furnace. Sales rep showed up within the hour and explained in detail my options. I decided to get a new furnace and had it installed the very next morning. The technicians were very thorough and professional. Took the time to ensure no mess on floors in and out of house on a snowy day, and explained that they were replacing existing pipes etc at no extra fee to make sure the furnace was was operating at peak performance and safety. Marcel and Brett worked professionally to install a furnace for us. They were punctual, polite, efficient, and worked quietly away for a few hours. We couldn't be happier to have such quality service from Abbey Air, right from when we contacted them; had Frank in Sales come to our house and helped us with the purchase and arranged for installation on the very next business day. We booked an appointment with them over a week ago, for today ( supposed to be here an hour ago)
Well they just called and cancelled on me Saying they were too busy. I took the day off work for this!
Please do not call them, they do not deserve your hard earned money.
Obviously this is a very unprofessional business and it might just be a blessing that they didn't show, can you just imagine the shoddy work they would do. Brutal!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the Abbey Air team! I wanted to make a special note for Frank who was our consultant. He was extremely helpful and kind. It was our first time changing the AC, furnace and the water tank - a lot we didn’t know about. Frank kindly explained everything for us and directed us to the installments that he saw fit best for our home. I was encouraged to know that the construction people are not from third party, but within the company. I hired Abbey Air to perform routine maintenance on my heat pump system because of the five-star reviews on Google and Facebook. I guess I should have checked Yelp first, because my experience aligns with the other one-star reviews here.
The technician who showed up spent two hours grumbling about having to do the work, which basically amounted to rinsing our filters. And they're still covered in dust! The tech didn't clean any of the heads or do any serious maintenance, and he still charged my wife full price ($200) for the service.

I had them come out to hook up a Pool heater and was immediately told that I had insufficient gas supply. Fair enough.
The technician told me it was MY responsibility to have it increased and that I should take it up with the person who sold me the Pool Heater. That's right, the HVAC guy I paid to come out and hook up my Heater told me it wasn't his job. It cost me $111 to have that professional consultation.
After a week of back and forth with Union Gas I was told the Abbey Air tech was just too lazy to fill out the form and that neither myself nor the retailer were authorized to do

Jan 6/18 I contacted Abbey Air to fix a leak from our Tankless Water Heater. A technician showed up Jan. 8 to access the problem and it was determined that the leak was caused by mineral debris and corrosion. I was advised that parts would have to be ordered and that the unit would be have to be flushed. We were charged $111 for this visit. The following day I was called and quoted $797 for parts plus shipping and $139 to flush the unit. Not sure if labour was included in these prices. We were told it could take 2 weeks for parts to come in. The happy ending to this story Is that I called

I called to make an appointment on Sunday. They were booked until Friday. I accepted the earliest appointment. Appointment was confirmed for Friday June 3, 2016 between noon and 2pm. My wife took an unpaid day off work to be there for the technician. I received a call from Abbey Air on Friday at noon asking if they could schedule an appointment for Tuesday.
