EDIT: I tried to contact them after they responded to this review. They never responded to me. So... there you go.
Our insurance company sent Emond out to do an inspection of our roof. The inspector said there was wind damage and they would report it as such to insurance so we would be covered. They left us with a shingle selection sheet and went on their way. They came back shortly after and said they wanted to do some temporary work for ~$408. We would not have paid for temporary work since we intend to get the roof fixed ASAP regardless but we were lead to believe that when insurance accepted

Didn't hire them, and probably wouldn't. Who knows - they may do excellent work but we'll never know as we were forgotten after contacting them regarding a sizeable project we have planned for the spring including, siding, roofing, and E/S/F. I had to write back, and call back, and only after doing that a couple of times did someone finally visit our home to take measurements, etc., When the quote came it was much higher than any of the others we received (and we obtained 5 in all including theirs) so that was that.
