We had a old shingle roof and wanted a maintenance free metal roof as we collect rain water for washing cloths and watering the garden. After a few quotes and conversations with contractors Jim had all the right answers for the questions I asked about purchasing a metal roof. Jim of APR. was very professional during all aspects of estimates, materials needed, and the estimated time for job starting, Answered all phone calls and texts in a timely manner during the whole process. Jake and his crew who removed the old shingles and installed our metal roof was also very professional from start to finish

From the quick reply to our email inquiry, to an estimate $8,000 less then we were quoted from interlock, to easy financing and a great colour choice. Jim made this very fast and painless, it's a great relief to not worry about our roof every again. W are building a new house in a small town in central Alberta and decided to go with a metal roof. We are on our third roof of asphalt shingles in 23 years in our current house,
We also wanted a nice looking metal roof that would last a life time. Looking on the web and checking out the pictures we liked what Alberta Permanent Roofing offered.
Jim came out with more samples and pictures and we decide to to go with him.
The supplies showed up close to the begging of Feb but they promised it would be installed with in certain time line and they were out there at 30 below installing the roof. The

A big plus was my home insurance went down, so… all in all with the peace of mind knowing that if one of my neighbors has a fire the flying embers will not start a fire on my roof…

We had the pleasure of working with Jim on our new roof and i have to say form start to finish it was a great experience. I wasn't sure if metal roofing made sense at first, but now I am recommending it to everyone. It looks amazing and longevity of the product is a real easy choice.
