Total Fence built backyard PVC 7' fence for our neighborhood in 2015. They promised 20 year labor warranty. They did a great job so far. Earlier of this year, my next door neighbor and i report issues in our backyard fence. They fixed it last week even though little late, but due to the pandemic, we are still appreciated. Great job! Total Fence!

One of the worst place I've ever dealt with. Warranty is garbage and o customer service after the fact.. Got a chain link fence installed and 6 months later posts are already coming out of the ground. Called them and told me it was normal and will they will go down. Of course tells me that just to go over the one year warranty and now I need to pay to get them fixed.. now posts are 6 inch if not more coming out of ground... I could go one and one and if I could post pictures of their work I would... Would never recommend them to anybody ever...

Had a fence installed with several neighbors and the quality of craftsmanship was extremely low. The fence was less than 4 months old and it warped. In addition, a post twisted and the gate does not function properly without prying it. We Contacted them to let them know of the issues months ago. At first, they were completely non responsive but once they found out my husband had also previously hired them for larger projects through his company, they finally responded. However we still do not have a firm date from the General Manager. Completely regret using this company and definitely would not

Just got my fence installed and am thrilled with the result. I had 4 quotes from different companies and all of them were higher than total fence so the price was dead on and best of all they use Dura Fence, the good stuff with the C-channel posts. The installers were amazing. Always double and triple checking their measurements. I loved two things especially about the install...the fact that they dug down super deep to almost 50" and tbat they used steel beams for every single post. The other companies want to charge me extra for the steel beams and made it optional. Total Fence has it standard

These people installed our fence and assured me the posts didn't need to have concrete footings so long as they were installed below frost line. Two posts have since popped out and part of my fence has fallen over. Kept promising to get back to me to schedule a booking to come fix, each time I had to follow up to ask what was going on and kept getting more empty promises. Once they get your $$$, there is ZERO customer service and their lack of follow-up on their word speaks volumes. Poorest customer service around. Would not recommend to anyone. I feel cheated. After more than six weeks of wait, a no show; a reported appointment at the last minute; a loss of my file by the company and consequently, two on-sites visits by two different estimators ; and a complete lack of spontaneous follow up of the two visits by the company; three non returned phone calls...I finally got an answer today from estimator number 2: they do not make the fence I was looking for. Future customers will pay for this waste of time and resources by the company. If I could rate this company with no star instead of one, I would.

The absolute worse company I have ever dealt with. The estimator originally showed up in September. Frank truly seemed uninterested in the job I wanted done. However 4 weeks later I got a quote. The quote was reasonable so I gave them the go ahead and signed the contract on October 19, 2018. At that time I also gave them a $2,900.00 deposit. I haven't seen them since. I have made several calls to Dean Coles, the General Manager, and no reply's. Went to the store to track him down and get an update. Was told about a week because they made a mistake in the original scope of the work and had to sonic
