I sign up right on the spot as honest he was straight forward and very knowledgeable.
Took the crew one day for job and wasn't expecting them to show up so fast (1.5 weeks) as I know it's busy season and pleanty of rainfall this season.
All in all they are a big company and with these type of things. I would pay the extra money to get things done.

Dos the A in Alpine Roofing really stand for Amateur?
An estimator came to my house July 13 and noted the bike lane in front of my house. I signed a contract that week. Whenever I phoned (about every 2 weeks), I was promised "installation next week for sure" or "you're #1 on our list". The main office would tell me to call the estimator for a date; the estimator said call the office. They finally set Sept 7 as an install date, but never showed up or phoned. Their response when I called them: "we haven't figured out where we can park our truck". Yet for the past 8 weeks, they never followed up

This is the kind of company you want to deal with. Process was simple. Called to get a quote and Tolis came and gave a detailed quote on what i was looking for and what he thought.
Great price and they were highly recommended so I booked it for a Tuesday the next week. Dropped off the bin and materials on Monday, arrived in the morning Tuesday, full pleasant crew that showed up to work and they finished in the afternoon. Tolis called to ask how I liked it and told him about a concern I had. Came out to fix it. No money until the job was complete and I was satisfied with it. 100% professional.

We had Alpine re-shingle my 2 story house. The crew was professional , clean and on time. On our first day, it started to rain and they were happy to re-schedule to another day of the week. We were very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Alpine Roofing to replace a roof. The first was my flat roof and metal trim, which was done beautifully. After two years no issues at all. I called them back to do my four sided garage. Again done beautifully and professionally. They were quick to respond when I wanted a quote and priced very reasonably. They are my go-to roofing company. No more looking around. Thanks Alpine!!

11 years ago Alpine roofing was used on our home. We discovered a year later that the ice and water shield WE PAID for did not cover the entire roof. After numerous attempts for a service call to discuss we were completely ignored. TODAY we awoke to thumping and banging on the roof. With the terrible winds overnight, our house lost a bunch of… shingles that littering the neighbourhood. We can’t do a full inspection but we’ve lost over 20 shingles with our naked eye with debris on rooftops scattered about. Like the other reviews I scanned this morning, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ALPINE

I am having my roof done by Alpine Roofing. Yesterday while I was sitting in my office I noticed that they were dumping debris into my brand new window air conditioner. When I went out to get them to cover up the AC I noticed that they had mostly destroyed the garden on that side as well so I had them cover it with some boards. Problem solved? … Well no because they came back today and finished the destruction of the garden and started dumping debris into the AC again. They've also disconnected the Bell line so that I have no telephone either. Avoid them at all, costs.

Truly unprofessional, unreliable service - avoid at all costs.
My partner contacted Alpine Roofing six weeks ago (!!!) after a severe windstorm badly damaged the soffit. An inspector arrived a week later and provided an estimate, notifying us that since it was a small job it would be taken care of quickly (and at an exorbitant price, I might add). After four phone calls - with no follow-up - and promises that someone would call back, or someone would be there within the week, we cancelled the job and found another roofer.

I would give NO star if it were possible
They were using my property without my knowledge when servicing my neighbours' roof! They didn't ask for permission! Not only that, they blocked my main entrance that is a hazard.
What's worse is when I called to complain, I spoke with the person who signed up my neighbours. First, he blames the neighbours that it was their job to notify me that they need my property to access their roof. Neighbours never called me. Secondly, he kept lying and blamed the actual roofers who said they spoke with someone and it was the owner when I told them

Very disappointed, customer service one of the worste I ever dealt with. Had my roof done my them and right from day one I had issues. They had to come back to the house many times before getting the job done correctly. Now after the wind storm. Any damages that was caused is not cover under warranty. If they did job correctly this probably won't have happen. Questioning this with customer service, they didn't even want to here be out... I don't recommend them..

We had a leak in our family room. We did our research and spoke with a few different roofers (what an experience!) before coming to Alpine. We met with their estimator, Mimi. Immediately we could tell this guy was honest. He gave us a quote and we ended up signing a contract that evening. The crews did an excellent job. There were a few minor hiccups, but the workers made things right without any headaches (Costa was fantastic). Tip: make sure you check the work in progress as sometimes miscommunication can occur in regards to what you want done - completely understandable given the numbers of
